You have two options to choose between in ReCab:

The first and easiest way to add (and update) a new vocabulary list (CSV or TXT format) to ReCab is the drag-and-drop method. Open Windows Explorer next to ReCab (as shown in Figure 1) and drag the file you want to add from Explorer onto the ReCab programme window. Then drop the file and ReCab will do the rest for you.

The second way to add a new vocabulary list is via the "Add" button (Figure 2) below the ReCab list. When you click on the "Add" button, a new explorer window opens and you can select the vocabulary list you want to add. After you have selected the list, press the "Open" button and ReCab will do the rest for you from there.
